Formerly Boyer Young Land Development Company, the name change signifies an evolution of their business, as well as the welcoming of new ideas and perspectives. Together, the two companies are currently developing 10 different subdivisions in the Greater Omaha area, to bring even more housing options to today’s families.
The Land Company has been in operation for more than 20 years, and has developed over 5,000 homesites in areas such as Papillion, Gretna, Fremont, Bennington, and other metro suburbs. In addition to standard single-family housing, The Land Company is developing the types of home lots that customers and clients are demanding today, such as brownstones and narrow format lots.
