The Home Company breaks ground on Gallery 23 following heavy flooding, delays

The Home Company introduces brownstones concept, starting in upper-$100’s

Fremont, NE-  –The Home Company is breaking ground on a new concept in Gallery 23, within the well-known Gallery 23 East community in Fremont. The Gallery 23 brownstones will be a series of attached townhomes featuring two-car garages, open-concept floorplans, three bedrooms and square footages ranging from 1,500-1,700. The exteriors showcase various color schemes, beautiful front porches and full landscaping.

“Boyer Young planned to introduce the brownstone-style townhomes earlier in the year prior to the extensive flooding in and around Fremont, Omaha and Nebraska as a whole. Now that we’ve assessed the damage, I think this affordable and desirable product is just what homeowners need,” said Dave Vogtman, The Home Company.

The Gallery 23 brownstones will have two product types with varying floorplan square footages. Depending on the floorplan and finishes, prices will range from $179,900 up to $220,000.

Boyer Young purchased the land from area developers Mike & Bill Cosentino, the developer pair behind Gallery 23 East which features retail and commercial business spaces as well as multifamily and single-family housing. The Gallery 23 brownstones will be near all of the amenities of Gallery 23 East and the 14-acre Lake Galleria.

“We welcomed the Gallery 23 East development in 2017 and in addition to all of the neighborhood amenities that it’s bringing, we are so excited to add another housing option to the growing community of Fremont. I hope this will continue drawing people to the area,” said Fremont Mayor Scott Getzchman.

The Home Company hopes to have the first brownstone product done and available for purchase in late fall 2019.
